Our Story
Our team is led by a veteran real estate investor, syndicator and developer, Bhadresh Trivedi. He began his real estate investment journey while still employed in upper management at a Fortune 100 tech company in 2008. His first investments were in residential real estate, with the sole goal of providing supplemental income for his family. Those early successes ignited a passion to take on larger and more diverse projects. He began syndicating deals for land parcels and modest multifamily & commercial properties with his close friends.
With each prosperous deal, Bhadresh’s reputation grew. His friends, who were also his investors, brought their friends to invest. His reputation for being highly competent and exceptionally trustworthy earned him organic growth, purely by word of mouth. His investor base and professional network grew considerably over the next few years. To date, Bhadresh’s business has grown to 150+ high net-worth investors and over $500M in transactions. Despite the exponential growth, Bhadresh’s core ethic of hard work and integrity still drives and guides the business. He often highlights that while he happens to be in the real estate business, he is first and foremost, in the relationship business.
Over the years, Bhadresh has built an expansive and well-connected network of many professionals, partners and advisors that have contributed to numerous successful projects. I started investing with Bhadresh Trivedi (BT) from summer of 2017. BT is very diligent real estate investment manager. He brings in real estate projects to the investors only if he sees any future growth in that area. He hires the engineering company to survey the potential land and the lawyers to ensure its a clean title. He works ahead with the City Mayor, Council Members, and the City Manager for zone changing if he wants to invest in a land. There is always a risk in investing but BT has been successful for my investments. He has rejected many projects if he does not believe he can profit for the investors. He is upfront about his fees and shows a conservative projected returns in few years. His investments are the top of all the projects I have invested in. One trait that I like about BT is actively responds to my calls and emails.
I have been very fortunate to work with Bhadresh for 5+ years. He continues to blow me away by just how hard he works, day in and day out. I love the detail and vision he has with everything he touches. I feel very blessed to not only work with Bhadresh, but to call him a dear friend.
Buying a stock is easy, anyone can do that, but knowing when to sell is hard. As a retail investor you are the last one to know the bad news by then it is too late to sell. The effort to keep up with the market was a huge burden for me. I lost a lot of money in the stock market. Yes, ETFs, mutual funds etc. are an option, but they have their own issues. Luckily, I have been investing with Bhadresh for over 2 decades. He invests in the local commercial real estate market and I can say there is no one who knows this market better than him in the DFW area. I have known Bhadresh Trivedi (BT) for 24 years. We met at a “.com” startup, Monterey Networks, in 1999. For years we worked together in various jobs in the tech field. I was always impressed by BT’s people skills. We would go out for lunch, and often by the end of the meal, he had met a new friend. We called it adding a “node” to the BT network. I was always a little troubled that there was not much opportunity in the software development business to apply some of his best skills and talents. He saw it too, especially after experiencing the ravages of the big corporation business world. I think this is partially why he started investigating real estate. Bhadresh hardly knew dung from dirt, but that didn’t stop him. He realized the opportunity, did the research, met the right people and was soon making land purchases. They didn’t all work exactly as planned, but he was never discouraged, and he worked every deal to make it as successful as possible (and some were wildly successful). He used every deal to learn more and build relationships. I am a conservative investor, but even I was soon investing in some of his land ventures, making good, and even great, returns with him. It has been my great pleasure to watch my friend BT’s amazing growth in the business. He will have, and deserves continued success, because of his skill, knowledge and character.
I know Bhadresh since 1998. We used to work together in Fujitsu. BT pinged me in 2007 to talk about real-estate investment. He researched a fantastic land deal and that land turned out to be golden! Then came the 2008 crash, but we were alright because of the way BT structured the deal. Once the economy came back, I started investing with him again around 2011. BT has doubled my money in every investment so far, within an average of 2-3 years. Some of the investments have done even better than that. BT is very transparent. We, as investors, even have access to bank account & transactions.
