Investment Thesis

     We believe that a consistently profitable investment approach is forward looking and strategic rather than purely opportunistic.  We make strategic investments in high growth regions, along corridors of suburban expansion.  An investment model based on a singular type of asset is vulnerable to risk when market conditions change.  Our investments and projects are diversified into the full range of real estate, including land, single and multi-family residential, office and retail commercial, as well as industrial real estate.

     Our investment projects leverage comprehensive knowledge gained through in-depth study of the local market & conditions as well as our vast network of relationships with industry professionals and city government organizations.  Our team’s formula for developing projects tends to generate projects that best serve the needs of the local communities and governments.  Therefore, our projects tend to have a high success rate in getting approved and zoned, ultimately generating sizable profits for our investors.  To mitigate risk as much as possible, we only consider projects after a market deep-dive and significant due diligence.

     We invest in projects in high growth areas that have not yet peaked.  As such, we explore investments in high opportunity areas around the country.  In recent years, we have focused on Texas due to unprecedented growth in the state.
